Bellingham Local Emergency Management Agency (LEMA) Emergency Assistance Survey
Bellingham's
Local Emergency Management Agency is seeking volunteers to staff shelters in
Town in the event of an emergency.
Such emergencies typically include
severe weather resulting in loss of electricity forcing residents to seek
shelter.

Although not required, please include any specific training you may have which
may be of added benefit ( ie. nurses, doctors, counselors etc ).
The town of Bellingham is coordinating a proactive plan to triage disasters/ emergencies through the Local Emergency Management Agency.
Volunteers, Registered Nurses, and Paramedics are needed.
The following equipment is also needed to execute emergency contingencies.

4 wheel drive vehicles and drivers
Portable gas generators (
needed for medical purposes
Gas Chain saw
Sump pumps
