	FEE SCHEDULE FOR GAS PERMITS New Home - $200.00 Replacement Appliance - $30.00 One New Appliance - $40.00 Commercial Building - 3% of TOTAL JOB COST - Minimum $200.00 Industrial Building - 3% of TOTAL JOB COST - Minimum $200.00 Reinspection of Plumbing & Gas - $40.00 1. All fees will be DOUBLED when work has been started without permits. 2. Reinspection fee of $35.00 when work is unacceptable. *3. Reinspection fee of $35.00 when building or residence is locked at time of scheduled appointment.
