Yearly Parking Permits for Silver Lake and Arcand Park are available, May 1 through Labor Day, at the DPW, Department of Public Works, located on Blackstone St, Monday-Friday from 8am to 3pm. The seasonal permit, April 1 to October 31, is free to residents and $35 for non-residents. Between June 1 and Labor Day, vehicles which do not have a permit will be subject to a citation and the vehicle removed from the park at the vehicle’s owners expense. Neither Commercial Group Buses nor Commercial Group Van Vehicles are allowed Park Parking. The Parks Department thanks you for your
