“The Master Plan Task Force has wrapped up the business phone survey and focus group sessions. We are now working on preparing a draft of the master plan which will be presented for public comment sometime in the early months of 2010. When a draft is closer to completion, we will post the discussion date on this website.
In addition to preparing the draft Master Plan, we are working with the regional planning agency, the MAPC (Metropolitan Area Planning Council), to prepare a Housing Production Plan. This Plan, which will create housing goals for the Town, will be incorporated into the Master Plan.
