BJS opened the meeting at 7:00 PM and announced that due to inclement weather the public hearing would be continued for 1 week to December 20, 2007.

GCW: Motion to sign the vouchers.

SB: Second

Vote: 3-0, Approved.

Procedural Rules Update

GCW: Motion to continue Procedural Rules Update Public hearing to December 20, 2007 at 7:05 PM.

SB: Second.

Vote: 3-0, Approved.

High Ridge Estates discussion

GCW stated that he was concerned about extending the deadline for completion of the High Ridge Estates development. He felt the project had gone on too long and didn’t see the value of continuing.

BJS stated the project could be completed by the applicant, and that although there were funds available, it was better to have the applicant do the work.

SB and JS agreed that it was better to allow the applicant the opportunity to complete the work.

SB: Motion to continue the deadline for completion of High Ridge Estates until 6/1/2008, with Tim Jones appearing before the board to discuss High Ridge Estates on March 13, 2007 at 7:00 PM.

BJS: Second.

Vote: 3-0 Approved.

Brookfield Estates Definitive Subdivision

GCW: Motion to continue public hearing for Brookfield Estates Definitive Subdivision to December 20, 2007 at 7:05 PM.

SB: Second.

Vote; 3-0, Approved.

Dwyer Business Park Development Plan Review

BJS opened the public hearing at 7:15PM.

GCW: Motion to waive reading of public notice.

SB: Second.

Vote: 3-0, Approved.

GCW: Motion to continue public hearing for Dwyer Business Park Development Plan Review to December 20, 2007 at 7:15 PM.

Calarese Professional Building Development Plan Review and Special Permit for a Drive Through
