Walgreen’s Pharmacy – Crooks Corner

The Bellingham Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on April 10, 2008 at 7:45 PM in the Arcand Meeting Room in the Municipal Center on the application of Arista Development, LLC, 520 Providence Highway, Suite 9, Norwood, MA under Section 1420 Development Plan Review, Section 3280 Stormwater Management and Footnote 15 Drive Thru Special Permit of the Zoning By-Law. The application is for the construction of a 14,550 s.f. Walgreen’s Pharmacy with one drive thru lane. The 4.29+ acre parcel is located at the southeast corner of Pulaski Boulevard and Paine Street, Map 94, Lots 203, 206, & 207 in Business 1 and Residential zones. The plans were prepared by Bohler Engineering, 352 Turnpike Road, Southborough, MA. Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing. The plans may be viewed at the Planning Board Office, 2 Mechanic Street, Tel: 508-657-2892, on Tuesday or Thursday 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and also at the Town Clerk’s Office, Municipal Center, Bellingham, MA during regular Town Hall business hours.
