The Bellingham Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on April 10, 2008 at 8:00 PM in the Arcand Meeting Room in the Municipal Center on the application of D.R. Poulin Construction, Co., Inc., 59 Duck Mill Road, Fitchburg, MA under Section 1420 Development Plan Review and Section 3280 Stormwater Management of the Zoning By-Law. The application is for the construction of a 3,890 s.f. retail building. The 0.94+ acre parcel is located at 829 South Main Street, Map 75, Lot 10 in a Business 2 zone. The plans were prepared by Hannigan Engineering, 8 Monument Square, Leominster, MA. Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing. The plans may be viewed at the Planning Board Office, 2 Mechanic Street, Tel: 508-657-2892, on Tuesday or Thursday 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and also at the Town Clerk’s Office, Municipal Center, Bellingham, MA during regular Town Hall business hours.
