The Bellingham Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on April 10, 2008 at 7:15 PM in the Arcand Meeting Room in the Municipal Center on the application of Bellingham Farm, LLC, 118 Water Street, Suite 201, Worcester, MA under 1420 Development Plan Review, Section 3280 Stormwater Management and Section 4900 Water Resource District Special Permit (50% impervious surface coverage exceeding the maximum allowed 30%) of the Zoning By-Law. The application is for the construction of a 13,500 s.f. multi-unit industrial and warehouse facility. The 2.09+ acre parcel is located on the south side of Farm Street, Map 7, Lot 7-1 in an Industrial Zone. The plans were prepared by Land Planning, Inc, Bellingham, MA. Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing. The plans may be viewed at the Planning Board Office, 2 Mechanic Street, Tel: 508-657-2892, on Tuesday or Thursday 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and also at the Town Clerk’s Office, Municipal Center, Bellingham, MA during regular Town Hall business hours.
