The Bellingham Public Library is dedicated to empowering all community members by providing access to knowledge, fostering creativity, and promoting recreational opportunities and lifelong learning in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Every five years, the library trustees, in cooperation with the community, library director and staff, prepare a Strategic Plan for the next five years. See our most recent Strategic Plans.
