FREE Telephone Mediation,
Consumer Information and Referrals

The CAO Metrowest works in cooperation with the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General. For over 30 years, we have provided free education and mediation services via the telephone to help consumers resolve complaints with businesses. Our Metrowest area covers 29 towns. In addition, we now covering an additional 24 towns. Our volunteer mediators come from a great variety of professional backgrounds. Many have been involved with the office for over ten years. Our mediation is voluntary and informal. We hope to help consumers and businesses resolve their differences without having to go to court. The mediators remain neutral through the mediation process and can provide assistance with additional steps a consumer can take if the mediation is not successful at the end of the mediation process.
We are a dynamic, enthusiastic volunteer organization dedicated to enhancing quality of life through community development projects while growing the skills of our members and providing an opportunity to make lifelong friendships. We gladly accept members from all nearby towns.
