Local Emergency Management Agency
The Town of Bellingham Local Emergency Planning Committee, pursuant to the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, has available for public review copies of the Town of Bellingham integrated Hazardous Materials Response Plan and Hazardous Materials Chemical Inventory (Tier II) Reports by appointment with Contact and Contact Information to the Fire Chief or the Deputy Fire Chief/Emergency Management Director.

Bellingham's Local Emergency Management Agency is seeking volunteers to staff shelters in Town in the event of an emergency.
 
Such emergencies typically include severe weather resulting in loss of electricity forcing residents to seek shelter.
