Excise online  

When paying online, your bill number must be 6 digits long. 

Add Zeros in front of bill number.

Example: Bill # 6657 is entered as 006657.  Bill # 15296 is entered as 015296.

    Real Estate Online

         Add your bill # with the -00 at the end.

                 Example: Bill number is entered as 004785-00

Real Estate and Personal Property tax bills are mailed quarterly, due 30 days after the mail date. The standard due dates for each fiscal year are:

• 1st Quarter due August 1st
• 2nd Quarter due November 1st
• 3rd Quarter due February 1st
• 4th Quarter due May 1st

If these dates fall on a weekend or holiday, the due date will be the following business day.

• Pay Online - Visit the Online Transactions page or click here.
• By Mail - Mail checks payable to Town of Bellingham with payment stub in enclosed envelope provided and allow sufficient mailing time. Postmarked dates are not accepted as paid dates, so be sure to leave enough time for delivery
• Drive Up Drop Box - Located in front of the Municipal Center for After-Hour Payments - your canceled check is your receipt
• In Person - Visit the Municipal Center during business hours at 10 Mechanic Street, Bellingham, MA 02019

Mail online bill pay checks from your bank to Treasurer/Collector, 10 Mechanic Street, Bellingham, MA 02019 with accurate bill data since payment stubs are not included. Allow sufficient mailing time for receipt and processing. (7-10 business days)
