Assessing Updates:
Recertification: Fiscal 2026 is a recertification year as required by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue and occurs on a 5-year cycle. Over the next several weeks, assessing staff will be in the field reviewing permits, sales and other pertinent details in our quest for quality data.
Pictures: Carl Fabricotti is participating in the Senior Work off Program and is assisting our office capturing building images. Carl has identification, a letter of introduction from us and is driving a late model dark blue Chevy Silverado pickup truck.
Personal Exemption Applications: Applications were mailed on June 15th to any taxpayer who received a personal exemption in Fiscal 2025. Please contact us for more details about Fiscal 2026 income and asset limits or details about the exemption process.
Veterans Excise: Any veteran with a 100 percent disability rating is entitled to an excise exemption for one vehicle. Please contact us for more details.
