The ballots have arrived!

We have just received the ballots from the State for the 2024 Presidential Election.
We have received numerous inquiries regarding the status of the “Vote-
by-Mail” ballots. The ballots were received today, and processing has begun.

We currently have approximately 4,000 ballot applications in-house to process.
The sequence of processing/mailings will be by precinct (random order) as follows:

“Permanent” Absentee Ballots (all precincts)

Precinct 4

Precinct 3

Precinct 2

Precinct 5

Precinct 1

As each precinct is completed, the ballots for that precinct will be mailed. The expectation is that all of the applications that we have in-house as of today will be mailed out by 10/11/24.

Please be patient and refrain from calling, regarding the status of your ballot, as that tends to slow down the processing.

Thank you.
