This is a frequent question we get.
The extra charges may be for various reasons.
Did you have the Service Crew out to your house for water/sewer work? This charge will be a separate line item and the charge.
You may have used more water than normal this 3 month period. This may include: extra people in your house using water; you may have a leak; lawn watering would increase usage as well.
Did you request an additional trash bin or recycle bin? See your trash line item for the increase from last bill
Some of these reasons may help to determine why your bill increased this quarter. Should you have further questions, please call the office: 508-966-5813.

Please call National Grid or Eversource, which ever company you have to report the issue.
Before doing so, record the Pole Identification Number which can be found on a metal tag.
National Grid's number is: 800-322-3223 and follow prompts to 'report a power outage' and the system
