Fencing

  1. Fence must be erected within your property lines.
  2. Homeowner is responsible for property lines being identified.
  3. No fence shall be placed on Town Property.
  4. Fencing must drop to 4 feet within 10 feet of any intersecting street or driveway as to not obstruct any sightlines.
