Up and Coming Activities: General overview

 

Arcand Park Swimming Area

  • Arcand Park Swimming Area is open from April through the end of August. A parking pass is required and may be obtained from the Department of Public Works.

Blackstone Street Complex

  • One field will be closed yearly for maintenance.
  • Bellingham Soccer Association starts practice in March. The season runs till late June.
  • Bellingham Youth Baseball starts practice in March.
  • Bellingham High School starts practice and games continue until the end of the school year.
  • April through June: Bellingham Youth Lacrosse
  • July 4: The Town of Bellingham holds its fireworks display.
  • The complex will be closed for maintenance during the month of July.
  • June, July, and August: Bellingham Youth Basketball summer program; dates will be announced.
  • August through October: Bellingham American Youth Football and Cheer with Travel Teams
  • August through November: Bellingham Soccer Association with In-Town and Travel Teams
  • September to December: Bellingham High School for practice and games.

Harpin Street Complex, Macy School, Stall Brook School

  • Bellingham Youth Baseball Opening Day is in late April. This includes the regular Town games, Tri-Valley Baseball, Central Mass Senior Babe Ruth, and their Traveling Tournament. The season runs till mid-October. Fall Ball is from mid-October through mid-November.  

Harpin Street School Administration Building

  • Volleyball for Men and Women
  • Basketball for Men

High School Complex

  • Women's and Men's Softball is played on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Bellingham Lions Special Game will be announced for a date in May.
  • Bellingham Pride Day will be announced for a date in September.
  • Bellingham Youth Basketball Fall Program takes place within school buildings (In-Town and Travel Teams).    

High Street Complex

  • Bellingham Girls Softball Opening Day is in late April. Besides the regular Town games and Travel Teams, there will be a Tournament, sponsored by them. The season runs till mid-September.
  • Bellingham High School practice and games take place during seasons.

Macy School Ball Field

  • April through June: Bellingham Youth Lacrosse.
  • Girls Softball Opening Day is in April. This is a Town Girls Softball League. The season runs till mid-August.
  • Bellingham Area Youth Lacrosse Organization has scheduled available time in April, May, and June.

North Field

  • March through June: Bellingham Soccer Association with In-Town and Travel Teams.
  • July: Bellingham Soccer Association with Travel Teams Only. The field is closed on other days in July for maintenance during the month.
  • August: Bellingham Soccer Association with In-Town and Travel Teams.

Silver Lake Swim Area

  • Silver Lake Swim area is open from April through the end of August. A parking pass is required and may be obtained from the Department of Public Works.
  • YMCA Summer Youth Program for Town.  

Stall Brook Field

  • March through October: Bellingham Youth Baseball, Bellingham Girls Softball, and BBMU Pop.
  • Warner Football and Cheerleading which include traveling teams.

Town Common

  • Access Bellingham will sponsor “Music on the Grass” each Wednesday in July at 7 pm.
