Filing with the Conservation Commission?

There are many different ways to file for a permit with the Conservation Commission,

but which one is right for your project?

Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA)

If the applicant is asking whether the Wetlands Protection Act applies to a particular area and project.

Notice of Intent (NOI)

If an applicant is altering a wetland resource area or buffer zone.

Abbreviated Notice of Intent

If an applicant is altering the buffer zone, Land Subject to Flooding, or the Riverfront Area.

Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD)

If the applicant is requesting a review of wetland boundary lines or for "simplified review" certification.

If you have an open Order of Conditions, there are two ways you can impact your filing:

Amended Order of Conditions (OOC)

The applicant can submit a written or verbal request to correct a minor error, clarify provisions, field conditions require changes, or the applicant wishes to modify the project.

Order of conditions extension

If an applicant needs more time to complete the project, they may submit a verbal or written request.

Certificate of Compliance (CoC)

If the applicant believes they have completed their project, they can request a COC to close the filing.
