Boston Public Library Resources

Massachusetts residents can register online for a Boston Public Library (BPL)  eCard.   eCards are available to anyone who lives, resides part-time to attend school, owns property, or works in Massachusetts.

An eCard is a Boston Public Library card that you can sign up for online, and provides access to all online resources, including Overdrive and Hoopla.  Bellingham also offers access to Overdrive and Hoopla, but through the BPL a different library of materials can be accessed.
