Realtor Transfer Request

Hello.
We're provided the form for download and information required to send to our office for a final utility bill
upon the sale date.

Please fill in all of the requested information on the form below and return it to our office along with
a picture of the water meter(showing the numbers on top), no more than 10 days prior to the closing date.

Also, If there is trash service on this account/property, please note that the bins STAY with the property. 
We will need a picture of both the trash and recycle tote, with the serial numbers clearly displayed in
the pictures. Anything missing will result in a $75 fee for each missing tote will be added to the
closing statement.

After receiving all the requested information we will then process the closing statement and email
it back to you, normally within 24 hours. Please email below to ensure that you receive the statement
